Our high school football coverage continues with a look at one of it not the best football programs south of San Antonio over the past few seasons. The Alexander Bulldogs have made the third round of the UIL playoffs for the past four seasons and have their sights set on another deep postseason run in 2014. The team brings back a good chunk of their core, including all district first team quarterback Aaron Swain that gives the team an optimistic view for the season ahead. The returning starters say the bulldogs have made big strides in the offseason.
