It's win or go home for the panthers. United South faces the current second seed LBJ in the last game of the regular season. They'll need the win, and they'll need CC Winn to lose against Eagle Pass for a chance at the last playoff spot. If the panthers can win, they'll be involved in yet another play-in game; Something all too familiar to the team.

(Coach Perales)"For the past two years in a row, we've had to play it out for either the second place spot, the third place spot. So this is not a situation we haven't seen before. All of these girls have been here, the seniors, they've been going through this since they were freshman. So hopefully the nerves don't get the best of them and they'll come out with their A-game and get us to where we need to be."

But first, they need the "W" over the tough LBJ Wolves. When the panthers played them the first time, they took the loss. But since, United South said they have stepped up their game.

(Denisse Collado):"Going in to the game tomorrow, I'm expecting everybody to come out fired up. Coming out with the bats especially since we are the home team. So three up, three down and getting some runs on the board."

The Panthers hope their bats can lead them to victory. For Catcher Christina Cerda, it's all about going into Tuesday’s game with confidence.

"It's a do or die situation like I said. We are expecting the ‘W’, we can going to come out with the win. We are going to stay cool, calm, controlled, collected."

First pitch will be at 5:30 Tuesday at the SAC.
