Laredo finishes off their home schedule with a 5-3 win over Amarillo on Thursday night.

One night after clinching the wild card the lemurs closed out their regular season home schedule tonight against Amarillo. After a slow start that had the home team down three to nothing after only half an inning, the Lemurs bats came to life as they score five unanswered runs, including three in the seventh and eighth to win five to three. Normally Casey Harman is on the mound but tonight he got the start in right field and hit his first career home run. Laredo will now head for Wichita for four games against the Wingnuts before starting the playoffs against that same Wichita team next Tuesday here at home.
