The City of Laredo Health Department May Rabies “Vacuna” Clinics

Date(s): 5/21/2014

7:00 pm

Laredo Animal Care Facility 5202 Maher Avenue, Laredo, TX
The City of Laredo Health Department (CLHD) continues its rabies clinics on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

This is important as rabies continues to be a local risk to humans and pets and for that reason everyone needs to vaccinate their pets (3 months and older) and register them by microchip. Rabies vaccination and registration can be obtained at one’s veterinarian’s office or through the Health Department. Finally we urge the public to exercise responsible pet care starting with vaccination and registration but also to spay and neuter their pets. Too many strays that are abandoned, hurt, neglected and ill exists in our community.
