LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - The deep layer of hot dry air aloft will edge a little away to our west over the next several days. This will allow for a little bit of a gulf influence to arrive in our area with temperatures closer to 100. We will begin to see some cumulus clouds arrive in our skies.

Afternoon humidity will not drop as low, nights and mornings will be humid. A weak wave in the upper level wind flow brings an outside chance of an isolated shower with the arrival of the sea breeze Saturday afternoon.

I’m expecting mostly clear and humid tonight, low in the upper 70′s. Mostly sunny Thursday, high near 103. Partly cloudy Friday and Saturday, a very slim chance of an isolated late afternoon shower Saturday, highs around 100. Partly to mostly sunny Sunday through Wednesday, highs a little above 100.
