Accident reported on Bob Bullock Loop

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - At around 11 a.m., Laredo Fire Department crews responded to the 5200 block of Bob Bullock Loop for an accident involving multiple cars.
When paramedics arrived, they found a passenger vehicle that had rear-ended a tractor trailer.
One person, a 19-year-old male was treated and transported to LMC in serious condition.
