Laredo celebrates Spring Break with Kite Festival

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - The city of Laredo Parks and Recreation Department is celebrating Spring Break with its 13th annual Kite Festival.
It’s set to kick off at 12 p.m., on Wednesday, March 15 at North Central Park.
