LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) -Good morning, warm and humid with a beautiful sunrise, temperatures in the 80s. Ongoing rain in the northern, western and eastern parts of Texas. Hot and humid conditions will persist with highs in the 90s to 100s , a heat advisory is in effect for Corpus Christi and Kingsville through 6 PM. It will be warm tonight with overnight temps in the 90s , expected to reach a low of 81 with breezy conditions. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible mainly over portions of Victoria early in the evening, with the activity then spreading westward (Webb). Showers and thunderstorms will increase as we head into Friday and the weekend, this will also contribute to a drop in high temperatures (90s). Have a great day and stay weather aware.
