Noraida Negron graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Missouri Valley College in 2004.
She started her career in communications at KRCG-TV where she started as a camera operator in the studio and moved her way up to be the morning newscast producer.
As a producer for three years she wanted to expand her career as a journalist. That’s when she moved to Laredo, Texas, where she started as a reporter for KGNS-TV.
After six years in Laredo, Noraida started co-anchoring in Telemundo and then moved to the KGNS News Today. Now you can see her on KGNS News at Noon.
On her time off, Noraida mentors and coaches young girls in the community as softball players. Noraida has been a softball pitcher since she was 14 years old, also playing in college and for the Puerto Rican National Softball Team. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.
