LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - UPDATE: According to Laredo Police, it was a single-vehicle accident that was reported near bridge 2 shortly before noon on Friday.
The driver did not have signs of intoxication.
It is a possibility that the driver could have a medical condition but that is still under investigation.
Three state employees were hit by the vehicle but all have non-life threatening injuries.
The driver also knocked down palm trees.

Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle car collision that happened shortly before noon Friday.
The collision happened at the I-35 entrance near Victoria Street.
Several emergency medical service officials along with Laredo Police are at the scene at this time.
Details are light, but the Laredo Fire Department did confirm that it was an auto-pedestrian accident and that two-state workers were injured.
