A much colder airmass from the Great Plains will surge into our area overnight. Moist air from the gulf will flow above the cold north winds, producing cloudy skies Friday, and possible light showers late Saturday into Sunday. Warmer weather will return Monday. A weak upper level disturbance along the southern edge of a new Great Plains airmass may bring a few showers on Wednesday.
I'm expecting much colder tonight, low in the mid 40's. Cloudy Friday through Sunday, light showers are possible late Saturday into early Sunday. Temperatures in the 40's day and night Friday and Saturday, the 50's during Sunday. Mostly cloudy Monday and Tuesday, high in the 70's. Mainly cloudy Wednesday, high around 60. Mostly cloudy Thursday, high in the upper 60's.
