LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - The City of Laredo is gearing up for its annual Big Bad BBQ cook-off event this weekend.
Contestants will be chilling and grilling their best ribs, pork, brisket and chicken to compete for the top cash prize.
Each year, chefs from all around the world come to the Gateway City to compete in the event.

There will even be a kids cookoff competition for 9 to 14-year-olds.
The event will be held on Friday, November 9th and Saturday, November 10th at UniTrade Stadium.
The event is free and open to the public.
