Movie theaters have recently been struggling due to the popularity of streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu.
Big movie chain, Cinemark is fighting back by rolling out a subscription plan of its own.
Cinemark has unveiled its ‘Movie Club’ program which allows people to buy a ticket a month for a discounted price of $8.99.
Members can also rollover unused tickets and get bargains at the concession.
Cinemark’s CEO says the plan is to get more millennials in the theater seats.
