Cold Night, Then Warmer

By  |

A dry airmass has moved in from the southwestern U.S. with clear skies, lightening wind, and dry air, temperatures will quickly fall this evening. low temperatures by dawn will be in the 30's with frost possible on low lying ground. The dry airmass will be nearby Friday and Saturday with mostly sunny skies. The return of southerly winds on the west side of the dry airmass will raise our temperature to near 70 Friday, and into the 70's Saturday. Slightly more humid gulf air will bring mild nights, and more clouds into our skies beginning Monday. Temperatures will remain on the warm side through the forecast period.

I'm expecting clear and cold tonight, low in the mid 30's. Sunny Friday, high in the upper 60's to around 70. Mostly sunny Saturday and Sunday, highs in the 70's. Partly to mostly cloudy Monday and Tuesday, high in the 70's. Mostly sunny Wednesday and Thursday, high in the low to mid 70's.
