A large cool airmass from the northern Great Plains is moving south into our area. Aloft, moist air will expand northward above the cool air from the Great Plains, bringing cloudier skies Friday. Weak waves in the upper level wind flow moving east from Mexico into Texas will bring a chance of patches of light rain late Friday night into Saturday, and again on Monday. Drier, warmer air will return mid next week.
I'm expecting partly cloudy tonight, low in the mid 50's. Mostly cloudy Fr4iday, high in the mid 60's. Mainly cloudy Friday night through Monday, patches of light rain are possible late Friday night into Saturday, and again Monday, highs in the upper 50's Saturday to the mid 60's Sunday and Monday. Mostly cloudy Tuesday, highs near 70. Sunnier Wednesday and Thursday, highs in the 70's.
