A customer at a fast food restaurant in Houston was appalled after witnessing a man make racially-charged remarks against a Hispanic employee.

The female customer walked into a Houston area Jack In The Box on Saturday with her nine-year-old daughter and waited to order.

While they were in line a man went off after his son was denied a free burger as part of a promotional deal.

The female customer took out her phone and started recorded the commotion.

In the video the man yells at the restaurant employee and says, “Buy a bus ticket back wherever you came from. We came to order here. She told my son no.”

The man went on to say, “Goodbye. Buy a ticket back to Mexico.”

The female customer says she is Hispanic and was highly offended by the man.

The mother spoke to her daughter about what she had just witnessed.

The little girl had some big insight regarding the altercation.

The girl says, “"It's inappropriate, that language is not acceptable for children that are there, because there were more families than us that have children."

The female customer says she hopes that people can just accept people for who they are and understand that this country is made up of so many different cultures.

CNN did try to reach out to Jack In The Box but they did not get back to them.
