Eleven-year-old girl awaiting heart transplant gets surprise visit from Drake

Rapper Aubrey Graham, better known by his stage name Drake is showing some real love to a fan on her birthday.

The rapper surprised one of his fans when he showed up to her hospital room in Chicago on Monday.

Eleven-year-old Sofia Sanchez posted her own version of the Drake-inspired Kiki challenge online last week before she went to the hospital for open-heart surgery.

Sanchez asked the rapper if he would visit for her birthday which was this past Saturday.

Luckily for her, Drake was in Chicago for the weekend for his concert at the United Center.

Once Drake walked in the room, the girl's jaw drops and she is completely stunned.

The girl got a chance to talk to her favorite rapper, and ask him questions and get his autograph.

The two posted a picture of them on Instagram.

Sofia is still awaiting a heart transplant.

Doctors installed a machine to help her heart work until a transplant is possible.
