Former President Bush's service dog mourns the loss of owner

HOUSTON, TX (CNN) - Former President George H.W. Bush's best friend and recent furry companion is mourning the former president and you can see it all over his face.

Sully, the two-year-old Labrador Retriever that was assigned to the former president, was seen with Bush's body in Houston on Sunday night.

Bush's spokesman, Jim McGrath, tweeted this photo of Sully in front of the former president's casket.

Former president George W. Bush said the Lab will go back into service to help veterans at Walter Reed National Military Center.

Bush died late Friday at 94 years old.

He'll be laid to rest Thursday in College Station, Texas.
