Former UISD Police Officer arrested for aggravated robbery
A former UISD Police Officer finds himself on the wrong side of the law.
Thirty-four-year-old Antonio Pedro Flores Jr. is facing charges of aggravated robbery with a knife.
According to police, they received a call on Friday morning at a home in Escandon Drive.
The caller told authorities that a man was knocking on his front door and displayed a school district police ID card.
At some point, Flores allegedly forced his way into the home, displayed the cutting instrument and demanded money.
When officers arrived they forced the door open and found Flores in the living room holding the knife in his hand.
Officers drew their weapons and ordered Flores to drop the knife, but he was uncooperative and allegedly assaulted the officer.
Luckily the officer was not injured during the assault.
