(NBC) - In light of the recent sexual assault allegations, Kevin Spacey is getting cut from one of his newest movies.
People close to the production of “All the Money in the World” say actor Christopher Plummer will replace Spacey in the film.
All of Spacey’s scenes will be reshot with Plummer in the lead role.
The film’s director says he plans to keep the film’s original release day for December 22nd.
This comes after multiple people came forward and claimed to be sexually assaulted by Spacey.
A spokesperson for the actor says Spacey is taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment.
