Martin student facing charges after threats of violence

LAREDO,Texas(KGNS)- You may recall we reported back on February 23rd, that a total of six students were facing possible charges, for various threats at schools around Laredo.

Well, this week, one of those students was finally charged.

17-year-old Konrad William Maxwell is accused of making threats to perform a mass shooting at Martin High School, through a social media post.

He was evaluated after the incident in February, at a San Antonio hospital, for having suicidal thoughts, but was later released.

Police say the charges were officially filed this week.
