Mexico City holds vigil for earthquake victims

MEXICO CITY (NBC) - More than 100 people gathered in Mexico City on Sunday night to remember those who lost their lives in last month’s deadly earthquake.

Many lit candles for the more than 350 people lost in the 7.1 magnitude quake on September 19th.

The quake was Mexico’s worst disaster in more than 30 years.

The Mexican government has pledged millions to rebuild structures that collapsed and had to be abandoned after the quake.
