LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - More than six dozen migrants were helped by Catholic Charities of Laredo over the weekend.
On Friday roughly 20 people arrived at the bus terminal downtown from Eagle Pass. Then on Saturday, about another 35 people arrived and another 30 on Sunday.
All of the migrants have a paper of release on their own recognizance and they will have to return to Eagle Pass to face the judge for a hearing.
KGNS News reported that the number of migrants coming from Eagle Pass will continue to increase in Laredo.
