Penguins waddle in the streets for annual parade

(NBC) - Out of all the Pittsburgh Penguins Parades held in the Steel City, Wednesday's may have been the cutest.

These Pittsburgh Penguins have even more fun in the cold than their hockey-playing brothers.

The birds waddled outside Wednesday morning into the lightly falling snow at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium.

Penguins on Parade is an event held during the winter at the zoo, as long as the temperature is under 45 degrees and the conditions are safe for the penguins.

Zookeepers say the parade is fun for the birds, as getting outside is great enrichment for them.
