Rollover accident reported on I-35 near mile marker 13

A driver is injured after allegedly crashing their pick-up truck into a guardrail.

Laredo Police were called out to the scene of an accident on the south bound lane of I-35 near mile marker 13.

The accident took place right next to the truck stop area near the city limits.

Video shows what appears to be the vehicle and the guardrail completely damaged in the middle of the road.

Police had to close off both lanes of the highway to be able to clear the area causing traffic for commuters and truck drivers.

According to BP, the driver had obvious injuries when they found him, but is in stable condition. Luckily, no one else was injured in the accident.
