GALVESTON, TX (NBC) - The teen accused of killing ten people during a Texas school shooting last spring was indicted Thursday on capital murder charges.
Seventeen-year-old Dimitrio Pagourtzis allegedly killed eight students and two teachers at Santa Fe High School back in May 18th.
Investigators say he used a shotgun and a revolver legally owned by his father.
Pagourtzis is currently being held without bond.
He also faces a charge of aggravated assault on a public servant.
He’s also accused of shooting and injuring John Barnes, a Sante Fe Independent School Police officer.
