Stan Lee granted restraining order after elder abuse claims

Stan Lee has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man claiming to be his caregiver.

The Marvel Comics legend is the creator of dozens of iconic superheroes including, Spider-man, X-Men, Iron Man and Captain America.

According to a petition for the order, Keya Morgan had been acting as his caretaker since his wife Joan Lee died last year.

The petition states the memorabilia collector was taking advantage of Lee.

The temporary order bans Morgan from abusing, harassing or contracting Lee.

Morgan also must stay at least 100 yards away from him.
