LAREDO, TX (KGNS) - Get ready to go infinity and beyond this weekend as one of WBCA’s most anticipated events takes off.
This Sunday, hundreds will gaze to the skies for the annual WBCA Stars and Stripes Airshow.
Every year, organizers get some of the best pilots from around the world along with several aircraft exhibits.
This year, the opening ceremony will start with a flag jumper who will parachute from the sky with the American flag.
Lewis Air Legends will be bringing several aircrafts for both on the ground and for stunts that can be seen in the sky.
Spectators will get a chance to see professionals perform breathtaking stunts with the planes.
There will also be car rides, where you can sit in the passenger seat of a flamed smart car while it’s going 200 miles per hour.
The airshow will take place on Sunday, February 17th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the old airport base.
Admission into the event will be $10, kids 12 and under will be free.
