Gray Television seeks a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our award-winning teams. The candidate will be responsible for assisting Account Executives throughout the sales process by maintaining client contracts, entering client orders, preparing sales and marketing presentations, communicating with advertising agencies, and providing other necessary sales support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-The successful candidate will be a support system to the sales team entering contract data, gathering ratings and keeping records.
-Work with station management to create presentations to expedite the sales effort and will assist in the coordination of special projects for the sales team.
-This position will support station traffic needs and serve as a backup to the station traffic coordinator.
