DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX/Gray News) - An Ohio woman is accused of threatening to “shoot up” a Delhi Township daycare, according to newly filed court records.
Jydan Rankin, 29, is held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on misdemeanor charges of inducing panic and aggravated menacing.
She was scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. Monday.
