Northbound lane closures set for Cuatro Vientos Road

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will close portions of the northbound lanes of Cuatro Vientos Road.

The closures start at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, and run until about 3 p.m. The closures will continue Friday, Sept. 11, during the same hours.

TxDOT said the closures are needed to let crews haul materials in and out of the work zones and to keep crews safe.

The agency is advising drivers to slow down and merge to one lane in the area.
