Hershey adds disclaimer to Reese’s pumpkins. This is what it says

(CNN) - Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins have a new disclaimer this year.

The disclaimer is under an image of a pumpkin-shaped candy that has carved features like a jack-o’-lantern.

The disclaimer says, “Carving not on actual product.”

It replaces the words “decorating suggestion” that used to be on that spot.

The change follows the dismissal of a lawsuit against Hershey’s that alleged deceptive marketing involving several candies.
