DEA Take Back Day offers drug disposal sites in Laredo

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is hosting its National Take Back Day, giving residents a safe way to dispose of old or unused medication.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Several locations will be available for residents to drop off medications, including KGNS, the Laredo Fire Department at 616 East Del Mar Boulevard, Laredo College South Campus, Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) and the City of Laredo Health Department.
